Not only is this gluten free ( yeah), this rice noodle soup kicks butt it is delicious. Lots of garlic and full flavor, not too much spice.
I am a seaweed eater and have some kind of sea vegetable every day. I am a little disappointed with this product. The price is quite high for the amount you get. It is extremely salty and needs to be washed well to remove the unhealthy excess salt. Even if cooked the texture is rather stringy. and cannot be properly chewed. As I bought the big amount I will be using scissors to cut it into tiny pieces before using it either raw or cooked. I have no doubt it is a healthy product.
