Your order will be ready to ship after 24-48hours from the moment it is created.

We ship via Fastway, the delivery time depends on your area;

- North Island: 1-3 'working days'

- South Island: 2-4 'working days'

-  For areas that are Out of Service or Rural please allow a further 2-4 working days.

*WORKING DAYS  refers to Mon-Fri only and do not include any Public Holiday in New Zealand, so please be aware of Public Holiday when making your purchases.

• Shipping cost is $5.9 per 25 kg, free shipping for order over $100+.
• To be eligible for free shipping your order must be of a minimum of $100+ after all discounts.

Outside Auckland:

• 5kg:   $9.90
• 10kg: $18.90
• 15kg: $27.90
• 20kg: $36.90
• 25kg: $45.90
• 30kg: $54.90
• 35kg: $63.90
• 40kg: $72.9
• Rural: $6 per 5kg

Most orders process within 24 hours of when they are placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information.

If your order hasn’t been shipped, you may cancel it by contact us ASAP. Please call us immediately instead of email.

Once order has been shipped, your orders can not be cancel, except on /expired items. We will require some photos as proof.
