- We only process orders during business days, which is Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders process within 24 hours of when they are placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information.
- In the situation that part of your order is out of stock, we will contact you to change or replace by another products. You will not be charged for out of stock items ordered, and will be inform by an email notification.
- Your order will be dispatched directly from our office in Auckland.
- Your shipping charge is calculated by your location and the total weight of your order, which is quite a standard rates from New Zealand service providers.
- We may be able to arrange pick-up if your order is very urgent but in this case please communicate carefully with out team.

- If item is out of stock, FOODY NZ will issue refund immediately prior to shipment.
- If the item is not as described or damaged during shipping, refund/exchange will be offered after proof is sighted.
